Ukelele / Eskimo Index Spanish English

This odd little number was originally created by Ed Burak of Connoisseur Pipes (NY), who calls it a Bulldog. The variation shown is by Tom Elating, who calls the shape an Eskimo. The name Ukelele seems to have stuck, however.

It is a smooth, flat stem and shank with a canted, domed bowl. The Eltang version shown is all briar.
